By accessing or using LuckyNo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of Kenya. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Kenya to register and play. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend accounts that cannot be verified. Gaming is prohibited for persons who have self-excluded or who are listed on any national exclusion register.
You are responsible for keeping your login details and MPESA number secure. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or playing on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and winnings. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Each round has a published entry fee, number range, and jackpot. You select a number within the range; each number can be held by only one player per round. When the round closes, a winning number is revealed. If your number matches, you win the jackpot (or your share of it where multiple winners apply).
The winning number for every round is generated using a cryptographically secure random process and is committed with a SHA-256 hash before the round opens. This hash is published so that the result cannot be altered after entries are placed. You acknowledge that outcomes are determined by chance and that past results do not influence future draws.
Funds are added to your wallet via MPESA. Deposits are credited once verified, usually within a few minutes. Your wallet balance is held for play and withdrawal only and does not earn interest. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are shown at the point of deposit.
Winnings are credited to your wallet automatically when a round is drawn. Withdrawals are made to your registered MPESA number. Where automated payouts are unavailable, withdrawals are processed manually by our team, typically within a few hours during working time. We may apply minimum/maximum withdrawal limits and may require identity verification before releasing funds.
You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to interact with the Platform; not to attempt to manipulate draws, payments, or other players; and not to use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the authorities.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyNo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by network, device, or third-party payment failures outside our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
